Terms & conditions

These terms apply to all quotes and assignments from B2Social, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Quotes and assignments

Quotes are non-binding and valid for thirty days. An assignment comes into effect once the quote is confirmed in writing or by email.

Execution and delivery

We carry out the assignment to the best of our ability. Stated timelines are indicative and depend on timely delivery of content and feedback by the client.

Payment

Invoices are settled within fourteen days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise. For larger projects, invoicing in instalments is possible.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the usage rights to the delivered work transfer to the client. Source code of reusable components and tooling remains the property of B2Social.
